Please fix - but could be a kindle issue as well..

I love old religious works personally, I was compelled to buy this due to studying James, Which makes this essential.
I opened the ebook and it starts like a regular ebook, but then I realise there are no chapters, so the whole thing is un-navigable during reading without going back to the table of contents... unless you wish to read it page by page.. over 4000 pages I assume.. I can't say for sure the number of pages, but it is really kind of a terrible mess in that regard.
you fix it by using page breaks and heading 2 to make navigation possible, it's as simple as that.. but the footnotes..
and the footnotes are a mess as well, on a electronic book footnotes should be embedded so that they aren't unsightly and take away from the reading experience in that manner, and there are so, so, so, so many of them..
If you do get this done up right, please let me know, I really wan't it, but navigable.
It could also be from the kindle and the file size and amount of info inside of it causing RAM issues..
these boks are massive amounts of information, one of them had 104 pages of tables of contents, imagine having to go to the table of contents, then find something in the middle of the book, it would require around 50 page turns, the table of contents should be more like the 1611 KJV of the bible I got from amazon, they did a fantastic job on that.
but in all reality, these titles should be free, these men paid the cost with their lives, why are you profiting off of the writings of their lives when it cost them their lives? seems like douchebaggery in the extreme.
